##Summary

We are seeking a seasoned presales solution architect to design, price, and present end-to-end BPO managed services solutions across Finance and Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, shaping solutions from discovery through contracting and ensuring a seamless transition to delivery balancing client outcomes, risk, and deal economics.

##What will your typical day look like?

-**Understand client requirements:**Lead discovery and due diligence with sales and SMEs to capture process scope, volume profiles, target SLAs/XLAs, compliance needs, application landscapes (e.g., ERP/CRM/ITSM), and budget constraints. -**Solution design:**Architect comprehensive BPO managed services solutions including target operating model (onshore/nearshore/offshore), staffing and location strategy, workflows/case management, automation. -**Transition and transformation planning:**Define knowledge transfer, parallel run, go-live, and stabilization plans with risks, controls, SOPs/runbooks, and gated readiness criteria. -**Proposal development:**Create compelling proposals, pricing models, and Statements of Work that clearly articulate business benefits, scope, delivery model, assumptions, and risk mitigation. -**Presentations and demonstrations:**Deliver persuasive narratives, solution walkthroughs, and proof-of-concepts to executive and technical stakeholders; defend solution choices and commercials. -**Service management and governance:**Define SLAs/XLAs, KPI frameworks, reporting and analytics, and governance cadence; embed continuous improvement and gain-share mechanisms. -**Security, risk, and compliance:**Incorporate privacy, data residency, SoD, identity/access controls, and industry standards (e.g., ISO/SOC) into solution design and delivery approach. -**Collaboration:**Partner closely with sales, delivery/operations, engineering/automation, and finance/legal to ensure solutions are deliverable, defendable, and aligned with client expectations. -**Continuous improvement:**Capture lessons learned from pursuits and delivery feedback to enhance solution templates, benchmarks, and presales processes.

##Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 12+ years in presales, solution architecture, or similar technical role within the BPO managed services industry.
  • Proven delivery background, preferably delivering Finance or HR or SCM BPO services
  • Strong command of deal financials and pricing strategies, including FTE, transaction, and outcome-based models and SLAs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and present comprehensive managed services solutions, develop SoWs, and deliver persuasive client presentations.
  • Solid understanding of Finance back-office processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A), HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement operations.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in back office finance operations
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to translate complex technical and process concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying client needs and developing innovative, pragmatic solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

##Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $126,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
