About the role

About Us:
We partner with call centers and fundraising teams across Canada to support non-profit organizations and charitable causes. We’re looking for experienced lead generators who can deliver qualified donor leads nationwide.

Position Overview:
As a Donation Lead Generator, you will be responsible for sourcing, generating, and delivering high-quality donor leads. These leads will be passed on to call centers, who will then follow up with potential donors. This is a commission-based role — you earn a percentage of every donation that comes in through the donors you provide.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified donor leads across Canada.
  • Utilize advanced tools, databases, and software to collect and verify donor information.
  • Ensure leads meet quality standards (accurate contact info, proper targeting, no duplicates).
  • Provide leads in an organized, ready-to-use format for our call centers.
  • Maintain compliance with Canadian privacy and fundraising regulations.

Compensation:

  • Commission-based pay — you earn a percentage of each donation that comes from the leads you provide.
  • Current standard rates in the industry range from 15%–25% of the first donation, depending on donor size and quality.
  • High-performing lead generators can increase their earnings significantly, as there’s no cap on commissions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation, ideally for fundraising, sales, or donor acquisition.

Ability to generate large volumes of qualified leads on a consistent basis.

Strong understanding of Canadian demographics and donor markets.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
