JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional projects focused on ERP implementations and optimization, systems enhancements, operational improvement initiatives, and branch relocations and consolidations. This role partners closely with functional leaders to drive process standardization, improve efficiency, support scalable business operations, and successfully execute facility transitions across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings broad operational experience, strong project leadership capability, and the ability to influence across functions while driving structured execution and change management. This role can require up to 70% travel at times to support branch transitions and on-site project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end project execution for ERP implementations, system upgrades, optimization initiatives, and branch moves/consolidations
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during facility transitions, including operations, IT, HR, finance, and commercial functions
Branch Moves & Consolidations
- Lead planning and execution of branch relocations, consolidations, and facility integrations
- Develop site transition plans including inventory transfers, systems setup, staffing coordination, and operational continuity
- Partner with local leadership to minimize disruption to customers and operations
- Oversee vendor coordination (moving services, infrastructure, equipment, etc.)
- Ensure alignment of systems, processes, and reporting structures post-consolidation
ERP & Systems Implementation
- Partner with IT and functional leaders to improve ERP utilization and system effectiveness
- Drive process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
- Support system configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements
Operational Excellence
- Lead process improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams
- Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and performance metrics
- Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and service
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner effectively with stakeholders across departments
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making
- Align project objectives with overall business strategy
- Provide clear communication and status reporting to leadership
Change Management

Support organizational readiness for new systems, processes, and facility transitions

###Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading ERP implementations, operational projects, or multi-site initiatives
- Strong understanding of operational processes (supply chain, manufacturing, finance, or commercial operations)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70%
Preferred
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience in change management initiatives
- Experience managing facility transitions, branch integrations, or multi-site consolidations
