Job Title: Vistex Analyst Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Vistex Support Analyst to provide functional and technical support for Vistex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Vistex modules and a strong understanding of pricing, rebates, and chargebacks in a business environment.
Key Responsibilities :Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Vistex applications including Pricing, Rebates, Chargebacks, and Royaltie sTroubleshoot and resolve Vistex-related incidents and service requests within defined SLA sWork closely with business users to understand issues and provide timely resolutio nCollaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify root causes and implement fixe sPerform configuration changes, testing, and validation in Vistex module sSupport month-end and year-end close activities related to Vistex processe sDocument issues, resolutions, and process changes for knowledge base managemen tCoordinate with Vistex vendor support when require
d Required Skills & Qualification s:8+ years of experience in Vistex support or implementati onStrong knowledge of Vistex modules — IP (Incentives & Paybacks), Pricing, Chargebacks, and Rebat esExperience with SAP SD, MM, or FI integration with Vist exGood understanding of SAP configuration and master da taStrong analytical and problem-solving skil lsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skil lsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioriti
