Infrastructure Project Manager
We're looking for a Project Manager based in Vancouver who wants to lead infrastructure projects that have real impact — projects that improve transportation, water systems, and community infrastructure across the Lower Mainland. What You'll Be Doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects of varying complexity

Manage stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and government clients

Ensure project goals related to schedule, budget, and scope are achieved - Lead project meetings and coordinate collaboration across multiple project teams

Oversee project documentation, reporting, and quality management processes
-
Support change management, payment certifications, and project administration
-
Identify and support business development opportunities with existing and prospective clients
-
Monitor project performance through schedules, financial tracking, and reporting
What We're Looking For Experience
-
5-7 years of project management experience
-
Experience representing owners in the delivery of infrastructure projects
-
Demonstrated experience delivering complex civil or infrastructure projects
Project Types (Preferred) Experience in one or more of the following:
-
Highways
-
Urban roadways
-
Bridges
-
Water and wastewater infrastructure
-
Municipal civil infrastructure
Education
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
-
Experience working within structured PMO environments
-
MS Project or scheduling software - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Certifications (Preferred)
- EIT or P.Eng designation - PMP certification
Soft Skills
-
Strong stakeholder and client relationship management
-
Clear communication and presentation skills
-
Strong organizational and leadership ability
-
Detail-oriented with the ability to work within structured processes
Compensation & Work Model
Base Salary: $72,158 - $103,993 CAD
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and location.

Projects are primarily located across the Lower Mainland. Some regional travel to project sites may be required.
