Rework and modify electrical components using tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, and heat guns.

Perform light sheet metal tasks including drilling, manual hole punching, and riveting.

Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using impact drivers, torque-controlled screwdrivers, and similar hand tools, ensuring alignment with engineering requirements.

Conduct electrical and functional testing of assemblies while adhering to all safety and quality control procedures; identify, document, and resolve any defects or nonconformities.

Organize and route cables using techniques such as zip-tying and heat-shrinking for durability and neatness.

Record production data, test outcomes, and assembly progress with attention to accuracy and traceability.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with manual tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, drills, rivet tools, torque drivers, and heat guns

Familiarity with electrical testing and troubleshooting of assemblies

Strong understanding of mechanical assembly methods and safe tool usage

Attention to detail and ability to follow assembly drawings and testing procedures precisely

Technical diploma or post-secondary education in electronics, electromechanics, or a related discipline
Bonus skills:
- Bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills is an asset.
