About the role

Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our team as Field Marketing Representatives in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will create excitement and engage with consumers in-store, educating them about President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of one of Canada's most reputable brands.

Pay Structure:

  • Base pay + commission!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and educate customers about the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products.
  • Understand customer needs to make tailored product recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by being a knowledgeable advocate for the brand.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store personnel and engage creatively with customers.
  • Uphold confidentiality while handling customer information.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales (financial or retail is an asset).
  • Comfortable working towards sales targets and motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Outgoing and personable; enjoys interacting with a diverse range of customers.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills; able to convey key messages effectively.
  • High level of integrity and accountability in handling confidential information.
  • Willingness to undergo a criminal and credit background check.
  • Interest in personal development through coaching and training.
  • Access to a vehicle or a valid driver’s license is an asset.
