JOB TITLE: MARKETING SPECIALIST (GROWTH & DEMAND GENERATION)
POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME
RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital channels (including Paid Search/Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Webinars, and Account-Based Marketing).

Event & Conference Activation: Support all in-person industry events, medical conferences, and trade shows with targeted marketing activations, booth collateral, pre/post-event email campaigns, and pipeline tracking.

Funnel Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the inbound lead generation funnel—from initial touchpoint to sales handoff—to improve conversion rates and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Lead Nurturing & Automation: Design and implement automated email nurturing workflows and lead-scoring models within our marketing automation tools to warm up prospects and hand off Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

Data & Analytics: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI using CRM and marketing tech stacks. Provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.

Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to create high-impact sales enablement materials (case studies, product one-pagers, presentation decks) that align with complex clinical buying cycles.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience: 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, MedTech, digital health, or healthcare technology.

Campaign Track Record: Proven experience building and scaling successful digital campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.

Industry Savvy: Familiarity with (or strong desire to learn) healthcare buying cycles, clinic/hospital procurement, and marketing to medical professionals and B2B stakeholders.

Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads).

Execution Mindset: Strong commercial judgment with the ability to balance creative, strategic planning with rapid, hands-on execution.

Communication Skills: Exceptional copywriting, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage both medical professionals and internal teams.

Startup Agility: Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment; a proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
