Video Monitoring Agent (Weekends Only) Becklar Video Monitoring Edmonton , Alberta Who We Are At Becklar Video Monitoring, we protect property and people by monitoring state-of-the-art video alarm systems. Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators are the first line of defense, processing video alarms accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of detail in our ticketing system.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16.50/hour (day/evening shifts) | $17.50/hour (overnight shifts)
• Weekend-only schedule (minimum 16 hours/week)
• In-office position

What You’ll Do

• Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally
• Document all activity with a high level of detail using the ticketing system
• Learn and utilize multiple software platforms efficiently
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting of all video alarm events

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred

• Preferred but not required:

• 1 year of phone-based customer service

• 1 year of security experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be able to type, write, and speak English fluently

• Comfortable using technology for extended periods of time

• Minimum 16 working hours per week

• Must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work
