About the role
Job Description:
On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an IT Asset Coordinator to lead the rollout of a new service management tool called Halo ITSM to replace HPSM, and also a lead for rolling out a secondary asset management/identification tool, Lansweeper.
Accountabilities:
• Requirements gathering
• Resource management
• Managing project timelines and budgets
• Risk and issue management
• Process mapping
• Change management and communications
Deliverables:
Project lead and subject matter expert on:
• IT Service Renewal (SMR6) - SME for rollout a new service management tool called Halo ITSM to replace HPSM and also a lead for rolling out a secondary asset management/identification tool Lansweeper as part of the same project
• Rollout Windows Hello (operational project) to enable easier login for all staff
• Lead for SBC evergreening portion of the Desktop Laptop Evergreening (DLE6) project
Qualifications required:
• Project management experience
• Experience rolling out IT Service Management tools
• Experience rolling out employee login software
• Experience in evergreening/upgrading computers
