As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing new workplaces to life. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end delivery of IT infrastructure for construction and office build projects—translating architectural designs into secure, standards‑based technology solutions. From ensuring sites are fully technology‑ready for day‑one move‑in to managing workplace technology initiatives, you’ll own project execution across capital approval requests (CARs), budgeting and financial planning, invoicing, and vendor partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, construction, and stakeholder collaboration, and enjoys seeing complex projects through from concept to completion.
What you'll do:

Manage infrastructure deliverables across network, server, cloud, security, and workplace technologies.

Oversee planning, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure site readiness through cabling checks, comms room prep, and cutover support.

Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are controlled.

Coordinate the Workplace Technology team through Agile sprints and Waterfall project phases.
-
Own project artifacts including project plans, RAID logs, technical documentation, and executive reporting.

Track and manage key deliverables across IT and construction teams.
-
Review drawings, validate requirements, and coordinate changes.
-
Maintain core documentation (diagrams, readiness checklists).
-
Strengthen collaboration between IT, construction, and business partners.
-
Ensure teams understand timelines, dependencies, and expectations.
-
Provide status updates, risk visibility, and decision support.
What you have:
-
5+ years managing IT infrastructure projects across network, server, cloud, and security.
-
Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, and construction partners.
-
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, servers, cloud, and comms rooms.
-
Demonstrated experience managing technical infrastructure or workplace technology projects in enterprise environments.
-
Strong capability in technical documentation, project governance, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Hands-on experience working within Scrum (Agile) and Waterfall delivery models.
-
Able to read construction drawings and translate into IT requirements.
-
Experience coordinating IT readiness for move‑ins, cutovers, and go‑live events.

Proficient with infrastructure diagrams, standards, and runbooks.

Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.

Clear communicator across technical, business, and construction teams.

Able to validate cabling, installation quality, and site readiness.

Capable of simplifying technical details into clear updates for non‑technical stakeholders.
