About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to our project management and construction team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate documentation, tracking key project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal stakeholders. This is a 12-18 month contract role.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Coordinate and track project documentation, including submissions and revisions
- Compile and manage weekly timecards and labor tracking
- Assist with scheduling updates and project deliverables
- Communicate critical information accurately to avoid delays
- Support the PM and CM with day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely information flow between internal teams
- Interact professionally with project stakeholders and team members
Your strengths include:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working on-site
