The ServiceNow Product Owner is responsible for the governance, vision, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform within the organization.

They oversee all currently deployed modules (AppEngine, EAM‑FSM, ITSM, ITOM – SAM & Discovery, etc.), ensuring functional coherence, business value, and strategic alignment.

They serve as the central point of contact between the business teams (logistics, HR, procurement, IT) and the technical teams.

What you will do

Vision & Strategy

  • Define and maintain the overall vision for the ServiceNow platform

  • Develop a coherent multi‑module roadmap

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and automation

Product Management

  • Maintain and prioritize the global backlog

  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Manage prioritization across different units (IT, Logistics, Asset, Operations)

Governance & Integration

  • Ensure coherence between AppEngine, LogisticsNow, and standard modules

  • Oversee integrations (Discovery, SAM, EAM‑FSM, ITSM)

  • Ensure data quality and security

ITSM Project

  • Lead the ITSM deployment

  • Ensure adoption of ITIL processes

  • Define KPIs and performance indicators

Collaboration

  • Work with enterprise architects, governance teams, and the PMO

  • Collaborate with Dev & Admin teams

  • Act as the main point of contact for external partners when applicable

This role could be for you if you have

Experience

  • 5+ years in product management or a similar role

  • Significant experience with ServiceNow (multi‑module)

  • Strongly preferred: experience implementing ITSM

  • Experience in Agile management

  • Experience working in a matrixed environment

Skills

  • Strategic platform vision

Excellent understanding of CMDB & asset management

  • Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder environments

  • Business‑value‑oriented mindset

  • Strong cross‑functional leadership

Ideal Profile

  • Able to manage an already mature platform

  • Comfortable in a hybrid environment (internal tools + ServiceNow modules)

  • Understanding of logistics & asset management challenges

  • Product‑oriented mindset—not just project management
