We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team in a temporary capacity. This position is expected to last between 6 to 9 months, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to our organization. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage receiving, distribution, filing, storing of project documents following the company established standard document control processes and guidelines and/or customer specific requirements.
• Process engineering, construction and project services documents and ensure accuracy and timeliness of distribution.
• Assist inside sales, engineering and/or project team ensuring document control requirements are satisfactorily met.
• Manual reproduction and/or electronic reproduction of virtual documents.
• Maintain databases and file structure folders for each open project.
• Manage and document latest issuance of various documentation.
• Maintain orderly files of originals, revisions, and electronic images within predefined project file structure to ensure ease and reliability of document retrieval.

YOU HAVE:

• 3-5 years Engineering Document Control experience (prefer experience with an engineering / construction firm).
• Knowledge of commonly used Document Management concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Intermediate knowledge of industrial engineering and construction standards and terminology.
• Proficiency of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) - such as SharePoint, and client FTP sites (i.e., Aconex, Fusion Live, Core Worx) experience.
• Working knowledge of MicroStation and AutoCAD is an asset.
• Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office based software (Outlook, Excel, Word), OneDrive, Teams, Bluebeam
• Has a strong attention to detail and can provide high quality all while adhering to strict customer deadlines.
• Works well in team environment, strong focus on customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers).
