No single day is the same—meeting with dev teams on requirements, answering questions. Working on understanding desk requests and problems. Meeting various stakeholders
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
Jira, Confluence, Excel –nice to have SQL—used to track and update deliveries
Must-have Skills
Good communication, Knowledge of eTrading, pricing for either rates or fx, problem solving
