The position

As Marketing and PAPA Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Vice Presidents and their leadership teams across two dynamic departments: Patient Access & Public Affairs and Diabetes & Obesity Marketing. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and providing high-level support with minimal supervision. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars and coordinating local and international travel itineraries.

  • Acting as a key point of contact for external partners and stakeholders.

  • Coordinating and managing internal and external events, including department meetings, global brand meetings, advisory boards, and conferences.

  • Preparing reports, financial data, and professional communications.

  • Overseeing budget management, including forecasting, invoicing, and account management.

  • Handling procurement tasks such as contracts, purchase orders, and accounts payable/accounts receivable.

  • Supporting corporate special projects and events.

  • Assisting with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Managing office facilities, catering, supplies, and logistics.

  • Preparing for internal audits, including Business Ethics and Health Canada audits.

  • Collaborating with the core Executive Assistant team to share best practices and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Skills:

  • Expert MS Outlook Calendar and PowerPoint skills

  • Advanced MS Word and Excel skills

  • Expert budgeting, procurement and workflow systems skills

  • Intermediate Intranet Administration and Courier Systems skills

  • Proven planning, organization and priority setting skills

  • Polished and professional written and verbal communication skills

Abilities:

  • Proven ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment

  • Capable of analyzing challenging information requests

  • Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects and multiple tasks

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Team player with excellent listening, collaborative and polished communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen – Ability to interact with company executives with poise and professionalism.

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently, and a strong desire to exceed expectations.

  • High integrity and ethics.

  • Action and Solutions-oriented with superior customer service skills

About the department

You will be joining the Patient Access & Public Affairs and Diabetes & Obesity Marketing teams, two critical areas within Novo Nordisk. Based in an open-office environment, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure seamless operations, effective business processes, and successful execution of management meetings. **Salary:**For this role, the annual base salary ranges from $73,190 –$120,760. The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, and knowledge, and how your relevant experience matches the position requirements.

**Incentives:**Based on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
