YOUR IMPACT
Reporting to the Senior Director, Procurement Operations, the Sr Manager, Enablement Source to Pay, is responsible for providing direct support and delivering through improvement projects enhancements to the Source to Pay functions.
This individual will have oversite for the projects and enablement of process improvements for a global Procurement and Accounts Payable operations. He/she will be a strategic advisor to the S2P leadership and function as a key interface with IT, Corporate Development (M), and project transformation teams. This position requires an individual with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and finance. An experienced person and project leader with effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize input from multiple sources. The successful candidate is constantly seeking the best solutions and implementing them in an effective and cost-effective way.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Provide oversight and structure to all S2P projects following through on PMP best practices.
- Responsible for internal and external communications from Source to Pay. Including training, process/policy documentation, and webpages that meet OT guidelines.
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the team, including hiring, performance appraisals, goal setting and compensation reviews as well as leadership and coaching.
- Accountable to lead a team and deliver best in class/roadmap targets through system enhancements and policy changes to support the organization.
- Accountable for delivering projects that improve, simplify, and automate through AI, S2P systems and processes ensuring relevant SOX controls and governance requirements are met.
- Identify risks and opportunities and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities within the enablement projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
- College/University BA, Business, Accounting, Economics or Finance
- PMP Certification
- 5 years running projects in related field.
Skills and Experience:
- 10 years’ experience in finance or S2P, preferably in a global software services/high tech environment
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and minimize financial risks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and change management skills, with all levels, internal and external.
- Excellent working knowledge on related finance functions
- Experience working with Senior Level Management
- Initiative-taker working under minimal supervision with cross functional teams to drive stated goals.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of accuracy and efficiency in a continuously changing environment.
- Expert skills in using tools such as AI applications, SAP, Ariba, Concur and Microsoft office,
- The ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and execute tasks with short lead times.
