We're looking for an Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our Castor Gas Bar to help oversee daily operations, support our team, and ensure a safe, positive experience for customers. Position: Assistant Gas Bar Manager
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Availability: Weekdays and weekends - mornings, afternoons and evenings
Responsibilities
Maintain a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day Oversee the operation and administration of the gas bar in the manager's absence Manage the procurement of merchandise within the gas bar Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets Centre Alberta Co-op policies, procedures and standards Provide leadership in the areas of loss prevention and health & safety Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience Three (3) years retail supervisor experience Business related education would be an asset Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.)
