About the role

Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!

We are seeking a Telesales Manager to lead and manage our outbound sales team. This is a full-time role responsible for overseeing a team of SDRs, driving lead generation efforts, and executing business development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong sales background, capable of coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. They will be bold, competitive, motivated by challenges, and driven to win.

Requirements

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
  • Leadership and sales team management experience/skills
  • Knowledge of CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
  • Strong Communication and Sales skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
