Peterson is seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager, Residential to join our dynamic residential team and play a key role in elevating the performance of our diverse rental portfolio. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day property operations, ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services to tenants and stakeholders, and champion the strategic management of operating costs, financial performance, and capital projects. Reporting to the Associate Director, Asset Management Residential, you will help shape and execute initiatives that enhance property value, drive operational excellence, and support long-term asset performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with a range of properties; from new builds to a 55-year old property. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and brings exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a creative approach to problem-solving, particularly when navigating unexpected challenges or balancing the needs of a wide range of stakeholders. With a strong financial acumen, and proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, you excel at maintaining well-run properties, delivering thoughtful tenant experiences, and ensuring compliance across all operational areas.
Salary Range: $117,000 - $135,000 per annum based on experience
