Job Purpose
To support the sales and operations functions at Trafalgar Releasing by providing administrative support across sales, production and finance departments within the company as well as providing wider administrative support across the company as needed.
What we’re looking for
A highly organised, detail-oriented person who can support multiple dynamic teams. The successful applicant will be comfortable working with numbers, managing data, and supporting sales, production and finance functions in a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience in administrative support roles is essential. Any prior experience with Maccs booking and billing system would be a highly desirable addition.

Main Duties
- Assisting the Sales team with Maccs booking entries
- Preparing monthly Competitor Overviews
- Compiling weekly IBOE Reports
- Updating email contacts in Maccs
- Creating new titles in Maccs
- Managing the generic sales email inbox
- Weekly updates to the Trafalgar Release Calendar
- Monitoring missing positions in Maccs including playdate passed and returns on hold
- Organising Payer Groups
- Backfilling box office results in finance system
- Checking 4dx splits
- Maintaining 4dx surcharge tracker
- Reviewing and updating Circuit Currencies
- Managing Credit card reconciliation
- Handling coding for technical invoices
- Maintaining print dispatch system for pre-release screenings
- Maintaining print dispatch system for rep weekly bookings
- Weekly check on bookings missing under blanket approvals and checking with sales team on the same
- Assisting where necessary on pulling and checking distribution lists
- Supporting classification applications with global film boards
- Managing internal holiday calendar
- Providing general administrative support across the company as requested
- Any additional tasks that may reasonably requested of you
