TheSenior R&D Chemist is a hands-on product development leader with strongexperience in the cosmetics and personal care industry, responsible forcreating innovative formulations that align with emerging market trends andcustomer needs. This role drives the full product development lifecycle, fromconcept development and formula creation through scale-up, contractmanufacturing support (APR), and commercialization. Working closely withclients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams, the Senior R&D Chemistdelivers high-quality, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant products whileidentifying new product opportunities, advancing formulation technologies, andsupporting the continuous growth of the company's innovation pipeline.
