Salary: $52,000 - $55,000

- Delivery routing of shipments in the GTA
- Planning routes and assigning loads to Drivers
- Track/Trace shipments
- Resolve all Driver issues and concerns
- Investigating shipment comebacks
- Respond to all Customer emails
- Previous Transportation experience is a must
- Previous Dispatch/Routing experience is a must
- Excellent knowledge of LTL operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail in all areas of work
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
