About the Role Bowes IT Solutions for a Technical Lead who can balance strong technical execution with team leadership. This is a hands-on role where you will be in the field, solving complex issues, leading projects, and supporting other technicians.
What You’ll Do Provide guidance and escalation support to technicians Deliver onsite and remote IT support Lead IT projects (server installs, migrations, network upgrades) Troubleshoot complex server and network issues Maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange) Work with firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks Maintain documentation (tickets, KBs, network diagrams) Communicate directly with clients
What You Bring 4+ years of hands-on IT support experience Strong Microsoft environment experience Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) Server setup and backup systems experience Project management and follow-through Strong communication skills
