Are you an experienced F&I professional who's passionate about helping customers, building lasting relationships, and closing deals with confidence?
Shore Cycle & Marine is looking for a Full-Time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. This is an incredible opportunity to work with Atlantic Canada's largest powersports and marine dealership while helping customers finance the adventures they've been dreaming of.
Estimated earnings of $100,000–$150,000+ annually through competitive commission-based compensation, plus a comprehensive benefits package after six months.
We're looking for someone who understands lending and financing, excels in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience from start to finish.

With a range of boats from Yamaha, they also feature brands like Coastal, Fabtech, White River & Bennington. They carry a large selection of outboard motors and generators.
With our team of 20, including “red seal” certified technicians, Shore Cycle Marine has the expertise, with highly qualified marine and motorsports sales, parts, and service teams.
