- We are seeking a highly strategic and analytical Senior Manager, FP&A to lead our dynamic FP&A team
- This role is critical in shaping the financial strategy of the organization, driving comprehensive financial planning, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives
- Data Consolidation and Integration: Lead the consolidation of multiple sets of financial and operational data from various business units and departments. This includes gathering, validating, and synthesizing data from disparate sources to create a unified financial view. Ensure that data integrity and accuracy are maintained throughout the consolidation process, employing advanced data management techniques and tools
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across various functions. Collaborate closely with these teams to gather insights and data necessary for comprehensive financial analysis. This collaboration is essential for understanding the nuances of each department’s performance and aligning financial strategies with operational goals
- Holistic Financial Reporting: Develop and implement a framework for holistic financial reporting that integrates insights from multiple departments.
