Job Description
- Review current state intake/scheduling workflows for Closing the Gap and make strategic recommendations to integrate processes with ParaMed
- Develop new workflows, conduct UAT testing and manage the implementation of new workflows into production
- Collaborate with L&D team to develop necessary training materials, job aids, reference guides to support the implementation of new intake/scheduling processes
- Monitor and provide coaching and performance management to central support coordinators
- Facilitate knowledge transfer training sessions between district coordination and central support coordination
- Other tasks as assigned can include but not limited to, process change documentation, resource creation and communication, support for end users during go live weeks, stabilization support after implementation for any process and system issues identified
