We are building a scalable subscription platform designed for businesses of all sizes and are preparing for commercial launch and rapid market expansion. We are seeking a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), SaaS to lead our go-to-market strategy and build a world-class revenue organization. This executive will play a critical role in driving recurring revenue, expanding market presence, and establishing Sevens Square as a leader in the SaaS industry. Position Summary The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for developing and executing the company's revenue strategy across all customer-facing functions, including Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. As a member of the executive leadership team, the CRO will define the company's go-to-market strategy, build scalable sales processes, develop high-performing teams, and drive sustainable growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives. Own and achieve ARR, MRR, customer acquisition, and revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue channels. Drive expansion through direct sales, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances. Sales Leadership Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing SaaS sales organization. Establish scalable sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics. Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification through negotiation and contract execution. Implement sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting. Go-to-Market (GTM) Define and execute the company's GTM strategy. Partner with Marketing to optimize demand generation, lead conversion, and brand awareness. Collaborate with Product to align customer feedback with product development and pricing. Work closely with Customer Success to maximize retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value. Strategic Partnerships Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel partners, resellers, and enterprise customers. Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term revenue partnerships. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings. Revenue Operations Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Optimize sales operations, CRM utilization, and forecasting accuracy. Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), churn, and net revenue retention (NRR). Drive continuous improvement across the revenue organization.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS sales and revenue leadership. 7+ years leading enterprise sales or revenue organizations. Proven track record of scaling recurring revenue in a SaaS business. Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, subscription business models, and revenue forecasting. Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Preferred MBA or equivalent executive education. Experience in AI, cloud software, enterprise SaaS, or digital platforms. Startup or scale-up leadership experience. Experience expanding into international markets. Experience raising strategic partnerships and enterprise accounts.
