About the Role:

Vitacore is looking for a creative and experienced marketing professional to own Vitacore’s brand expression across digital, print, packaging, and product launches. Plan and produce campaign-ready assets, manage the website/e-commerce experience, drive PR/social storytelling, and maintain a clean, compliant, on-brand system that scales. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead creative for product launches (positioning visuals, packaging updates, landing pages, sell sheets, and campaign assets).
  • Plan and produce social/PR content calendars; craft compelling, story-driven posts (fewer templates, higher impact).
  • Track and amplify press; coordinate media placements with measurable outcomes.
  • Own website & e-commerce updates (content, basic UX, product pages); partner with Dev/IT as needed.
  • Collaborate with R&D/Quality/Operations to ensure claims/labels align with regulations and standards (e.g., NIOSH, ISO) and brand guidelines.
  • Build/maintain brand templates (presentations, brochures, one-pagers) to ensure consistency.
  • Create and maintain a digital asset library (photos, videos, logos, guidelines); enforce version control.
  • Basic analytics: report on content and campaign performance to guide iteration.
  • Support Sales with targeted collateral and event/tradeshow visuals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/degree in Design/Marketing; 3–5+ years in brand/marketing design with launch experience.
  • Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) expert; Figma proficiency (or willing to learn).
  • Strong typography/layout; prepress and print production know-how; light video editing.
  • CMS/e-commerce familiarity (e.g., Shopify/WordPress); understanding of digital marketing/SEO basics.
  • Ability to translate technical info into clear, compliant visuals; experience in regulated contexts an asset.
  • Organized, fast, collaborative; maintains templates and assets with rigor; meets tight deadlines.

Compensation:

  • From $60,000 to $70,000 CAD per annum
