About the Opportunity

We are seeking a well-rounded and highly motivated Business Analyst. This position is responsible for assisting the IT department
to support process improvement and project coordination. The BA will work closely with the Project Management team, IT team and various departments.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the coordination of projects and support PMO initiatives by assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from project stakeholders.

  • Assist in the creation of SOPs, process maps, and other documentation for various departments.

  • Provide document management support and help ensure consistency across company materials.

  • Support the adoption and use of systems such as CargoWise, Monday.com, and TalentLMS

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of new processes or tools.

  • Assist in data analysis and reporting requirements, including wireframes, data cleanup, and preparation of reports.

About You

  • A degree in Business Technology Management, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks in a fast paced and team-based environment.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Monday.com, CargoWise, or MS Visio an asset.

  • Ability to document and analyze business processes.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent English (written and verbal).

  • Knowledge of global supply chain, logistics, freight forwarding and/or customs brokerage, warehousing, and eCommerce is an advantage.
