Job Description: Location: Toronto (Onsite) Duration: Fall (September – December 2026) Type: Student Full Time Range: $18.50 - $28.50 We are ready to take this game to the next level and need a passionate student who will work closely with the Fraud and Security Team to oversee and execute the daily tasks associated with the detection and investigation of fraudulent, illegal, or improper activities performed by customers of the iGaming program, and the prevention and recovery of losses caused by such activities to maintain OLG’s protection and legislation adherence. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME Reporting to the Director Regulatory Assurance & Player Protection, you will be empowered to: Review account information to identify players who may no longer meet eligibility requirements based on OLG policies and AGCO standards. Assess player requests to reinstate accounts and approve or deny them based on set criteria. Analyze player account reports and prepare data to take necessary actions. Submit Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reports to the OLG AML team for further review and action. Perform data analysis to support the Anti-Fraud Manager with business recommendations. Work with Corporate Security, AGCO, and OPP when necessary to address fraud or breaches requiring escalation. Monitor player financial transactions to identify potential wrongdoing. Ensure players provide all necessary information to keep accounts in compliance with OLG’s Terms of Use and regulations. Verify players’ identity and financial details to confirm the legitimacy of the information they provide.
