EventCaptain

REPORTS TO: Event Manager / Event Coordinator

ROLE: Assistant to Event Manager and Event Coordinator, third in command in the department, to create memorable experiences with attentive service, product knowledge, fun and passion. Acts as shift leader with clients and staff.

  • Is fully trained on the Event Manager’s role and responsibilities
  • Able to take on the Event Manager’s role due to illness or vacation

  • Fully understands and follows all sales procedures
