Role Type: Full-time, in office
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000, depending on experience
About this role:
You will join our customer service team at our corporate headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Your primary role is to answer inbound inquiries as the company’s first point of contact. You’ll also help with quoting and data entry.
Typical duties include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries.
- Provide tailored advice to assist customers with product selection.
- Resolving customer issues and questions.
- Data entry for quotes, orders, and case creation.
We’ll make sure you have the proper training and support to give you every possible chance to make your role a success. This includes:

What experience should you have?
- Bilingual ability in **Spanish and/**or French is an asset, but not required — we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
- Comfortable working in a busy sales environment.
- Experience in a similar sales role or a high-touch retail setting with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and confidently articulate HERD’s products.
- Enthusiasm for talking about and promoting products and services.
- Previous experience selling to—or working within—the trucking or automotive industry is a strong asset.
