About the role
The work mode arrangement for the position is full-time on site. Desjardins Financial Security Investments (Saskatoon) has a great opportunity, as we are hiring for a Financial Advisor. You should be interested if looking to transition away from a commission-based environment into a role that offers income stability combined with performance-based upside, or if you are looking to enhance your career in a structured environment similar to an Independent Advisor. As an individual advisor, you will contribute to the service, prospecting, development, and maintenance of business relationships with clients while continuing to grow both your business and your advisory skills within a structured and supportive environment. This role is well suited for advisors who are motivated to grow their careers while benefiting from the structure of an established office, onsite mentorship plus the stability of a leading financial institution. More specifically, you will be required to: Develop and maintain personalized business relationships with existing clients Provide professional advice and support to your existing and prospective clients as you continue to build your practice Promote and sell products and services according to established needs-based strategies and business objectives Ensure consistency between sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability, and customer satisfaction Work with a diversified clientele offering strong development and learning potential.
