Process Engineer Manager
About the role
We're partnering with a well-established, proudly Canadian, family-owned dairy manufacturing organization to find their next Process Engineer Manager.
This is a key technical leadership role for a hands-on, execution-oriented engineering professional responsible for leading end-to-end capital projects ($500K–$5M+), driving process improvement initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to enhance plant performance. This leader will bring strong technical depth across mechanical, electrical, and process systems, while also serving as a collaborative resource and credible presence on the plant floor.
The ideal candidate brings 5–12+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment ideally dairy, beverage, or food processing with a demonstrated track record in capital project delivery, process optimization, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. A P.Eng. designation or eligibility is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. This role is based onsite in Bobcaygeon, ON.
