As the Manager of Continuous Improvement within DS Manufacturing Systems team, your role will be to define and drive the strategy for the Legacy DS APU.

Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously analyze the performance of each Production Centric Unit (PCU) and support performance and continuous improvement actions. Contribute to defining the PCU's trajectory with the PCU Leads and the CI Specialist Level 2, aligning with the site's critical needs.
- Establish lean (Sanofi Manufacturing System) standards within the PCUs to enhance performance. Improve data governance at the PCU level.
- Collaborate with Area Management to build the PCU's annual performance plan, focusing on actions specific to the PCU. Collect and analyze performance data directly from Gemba or through systems, identifying deviations from standards and areas for improvement.
- Perform costing, confirm the capture of gains, and follow up on performance actions, managing roadblocks and risk.
- Ensure CI initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, providing the committed value to PCU performance. Offer leadership and coaching to ensure well-defined and quantified outcomes. Maintain a strong Gemba presence to coach teams on waste identification and perform confirmation processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement community to align practices and advance SMS standard.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and the site quality program, fully achieve departmental objectives within budget targets, and meet safety and environmental performance standards.
- Provides monthly reports and updates on the status of CI initiatives and results to Manufacturing and Site Leadership Teams.
About You
- Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills, with additional experience in team leadership, project management, and manufacturing being advantageous.
- Ability to cooperate transversally, act for change, commit to customers, and strive for results.
- Capable of making decisions, leading teams, and developing people.
- Ability to think strategically and align actions with long-term
