Lead our fulfillment center team as a Fulfillment Center Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient fulfillment processes.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead our fulfillment center operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise and lead a team of 15-20 fulfillment center associates
Conduct daily team meetings and safety briefings Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Schedule and coordinate staff assignments to meet operational demands Foster a positive and productive work environment
Operations Management
Oversee daily fulfillment center operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety protocols Monitor productivity metrics and implement improvements to meet KPIs Coordinate with transportation team for efficient loading and dispatch Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counting programs
Quality & Safety
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all fulfillment center operations Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections Investigate and report any workplace incidents or safety concerns Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Lead safety training initiatives and promote safety awareness
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline fulfillment center processes
Implement best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs Collaborate with IT team on fulfillment center management system optimization Participate in continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
Experience & Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
3-5 years of fulfillment center operations experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience Experience with fulfillment center management systems (WMS) Forklift certification preferred
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Experience with performance management and employee development Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment
Technical Competencies
Proficiency with WMS and inventory management systems
Knowledge of fulfillment center equipment and material handling procedures Understanding of shipping and receiving processes Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Familiarity with barcode scanning systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Comfortable working in a fulfillment center environment Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to work in varying temperatures Available to work flexible hours including overtime when needed
