You are: A skilled Data Engineer with expertise in utilizing Microsoft Power BI and QlikView to help create interactive interfaces that enable individuals to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights. You have hands-on technical execution, team leadership, and strategic planning experience in supporting enterprise analytics initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and optimization of data pipelines and end-to-end BI solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and BI developers, promoting best practices.

Architect and maintain data models and warehouse structures to support reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.

Ensure data quality, governance, and security, implementing monitoring, validation, and compliance standards.

Manage project delivery and priorities, coordinating resources, setting timelines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, including automation, performance tuning, and incident resolution.

This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area. What you need :

A bachelor's degree or college program, usually in computer science, computer engineering, or mathematics
-
5-7+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or in a Data Visualization with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team, set standards, enforce best practices, and drive project delivery

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power BI

Expert proficiency in QlikView

Familiarity with cloud analytics and visualization ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and connecting BI tools to modern data platforms.

Experience with automation frameworks for data pipelines and reporting workflows.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Bonus points if you have:- Experience with advanced analytics or statistical techniques to enhance insights (e.g., forecasting, clustering, trend analysis)

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and connecting BI tools to modern data lakehouse environments

Experience with data governance platforms: Azure Purview, Collibra, or similar tools to support data cataloging and lineage Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
