MAKE AN IMPACT THAT MATTERS

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you'll take the lead on coordinating and managing projects from kickoff to closeout—ensuring alignment on scope, budget, schedule, and quality throughout.

Working largely independently, you’ll be the engine behind smooth project delivery: managing documentation, supporting contract processes, overseeing construction administration, and keeping communication clear between clients and internal teams. You’ll champion project systems, quality standards, and delivery practices while helping shape the team’s approach to client service and project execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Works mainly independently on project coordination and project management tasks (e.g., project charter, project status reports, meeting deliverables).

  • Manages scope, budget and schedule for complete small to medium size projects, including entering data into ERP. Supports more complex projects.

  • Maintains regular contact with clients with a focus on maintaining existing relationships and assisting with clear lines of communication.

  • Maintains regular contact with design team to ensure clear roles and responsibilities of team throughout the duration of the project.

  • Continues to develop an understanding of internal technical capabilities, deliverables, and resources to direct and influence projects.

  • Understands where to bring in the necessary subject matter experts, as required.

  • Leads the team in quality management processes including document management.

  • Leads the team in project delivery to clients and document control (e.g., document formatting, formatting of deliverables, issuance tracking, client liaising for deliverables etc.)

  • Leads construction administration functions such as RFIs, Shop Drawings.

  • Assists with contract reviews and scope matrix documents as part of contract Assists with the teams’ adherence to contract requirements.

  • Other duties as required.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Diploma Degree in Engineering an asset.

  • 6-9 years engineering consulting or project management experience in AEC.

  • Excellent communicator and experience leading or working with teams.

  • Forward thinking, problem solver and contributor with innovative ideas.

  • Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.

  • Ability to prioritize work by assessing client needs, and ensure quality through accuracy and timeliness.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

TOTAL REWARDS

The expected salary for this role is between $85,000 to $110,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness. Along with your base salary we offer a wide array of programs that include our Short Term Incentive bonus program, technical and business training, mentoring, wellness initiatives, the opportunity to participate in our coveted Defined Benefit Pension plan, flexible work arrangement, and hybrid work structure.
