About the role
Role Impact:
To provide general administrative support to the property management team in the daily operating activities of the property. This includes Operations and Tenant Relations and general project work. Applicants must be full-time students and be available May – August.
What you will deliver:
-
Collaborate with the Property Management as required
-
Conduct property inspections to identify and report deficiencies/issues
-
Support closing out construction projects
-
Assist with construction projects as required
-
Support the development of additional facility presentation standards
-
Support Green at Work and other national program requirements
-
Support reviewing/updating manuals and websites
-
Investigate options for improved tenant insurance process
-
Shadow tenant relations and operations team leads
-
Support renewal or pursuit of building certifications (BOMA, etc.)
-
Assist with tenant events and marketing initiatives, including a retail marketing program for the digital directories
-
Support other initiatives and tasks as required
What your strengths are:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills .

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Highly motivated, a team player and self-starter.

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
What you need to succeed:

Enrolled in an engineering undergraduate university program in an accredited Canadian University
-
Proficient with Google Apps and Microsoft Office
Minimum starting hourly rate of $17.85. The hourly rate for this position will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, the role, academic program, year, and prior work experience.
