We are currently looking for a Director of Information Services at our Edmonton corporate location.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT and data analytics roadmap that propels the organization forward through technological advancement and operational efficiency.
- Direct and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, setting performance objectives and nurturing a high-spirited environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of rigorous security measures and compliance frameworks, ensuring the organization’s most sensitive data remains protected against emerging global threats.
- Manage the global Information Services budget and vendor relationships with a sharp eye for ROI, ensuring resource allocation is both cost-effective and strategically sound.
- Act as a key translator between complex technical initiatives and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and cross-functional synergy at the senior leadership level.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 8 years of experience leading IT and Data Analytics teams, with a demonstrated ability to nurture talent and manage both direct and indirect reports.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Data Science, paired with deep knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and modern infrastructure.
- The ability to move beyond the server room to the boardroom, showing a sophisticated understanding of how technology initiatives impact customer focus and the bottom line.
- A resilient and positive mindset when navigating organizational change, with the interpersonal skills to guide your team through transitions and spark innovative thinking.
