We are looking for a highly motivatedAI Engineerto join our R&D team and contribute to the development ofinnovative AI-driven solutionsfor various departments. This role focuses on exploring and representinguncertainty in emergent AI systems—a key step in improving thereliability, transparency, and trustworthinessof AI applications in real-world, high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and evaluatesoftware prototypesto explore and validate cutting-edge AI concepts.
- Conductliterature reviewsand competitive analysis to identify opportunities for AI innovation.
- Translate research insights into practical recommendations with business and product impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and implement proof-of-concept solutions.
- Applystatistical and computational modelsto address uncertainty and enhance AI decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelors inComputer Science,Artificial Intelligence,Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field.
- Strong communication skills and experience working ininterdisciplinary or team-based environments.
- Solid understanding ofstatistics,computational probability, andAI/ML concepts.
- Experience inrapid prototypingand building research-grade AI applications.
- Hands-on proficiency withmodern generative AI frameworksand tools (e.g., LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Background in uncertainty quantification, interpretability, or ethical AI is a strong asset.
