Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications. The successful candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Java backend development , modern frontend frameworks such as React , database design and optimization , and system integrations using APIs and messaging technologies. This role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality software solutions.

What You Will Do Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using modern frameworks
• Build responsive, user‑friendly front‑end applications using React
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices

Database & Data Management

• Design and optimize relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Develop and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers
• Ensure data integrity, performance, and security

Integration & APIs

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations
• Integrate internal systems and third‑party services
• Support messaging and event‑driven architectures where applicable

Testing & Quality

• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and performance issues

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

What You Bring Java (Core Requirement)

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+)
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot
• Understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture
• Experience with multithreading and performance optimization

Database Technologies

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is an asset
• Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and query optimization

Integration & Middleware

• Hands‑on experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, OAuth, JWT
• Experience with integration tools, ESB, or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, MQ) is a plus

Front‑End (React)

• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
• Familiarity with REST API integration from the UI

Additional Skills (Nice To Have)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks
• Exposure to security best practices and OWASP guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
