Sales Support Freelancer

Job Description Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON Job Summary Freelance Sales Support plays an essential role in driving sales performance, elevating brand awareness, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences across Amorepacific’s portfolio of brands. Reporting to the Account Executive (AE) the Freelance Sales Support ensures flawless store execution, engaging client experience, and consistent representation of brand excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic retail environment, is passionate about skincare and K-beauty innovation, and understands that no task is too big or too small when it comes to creating beauty that inspires confidence and connection. This position will be employed by our 3rd party partner, AllWorks.

Key Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)

• Sales Execution – Achieving sales per hour targets. Support sales objectives through proactive engagement, upselling, and customer education.
• Customer Engagement - Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, providing tailored product recommendations. Delivering exceptional service that reflects each brand’s premium positioning and values.
• Product Knowledge - Maintain strong knowledge of AMOREPACIFIC brands, key products, and skincare benefits. Stay informed on beauty trends and confidently educate customers.
• Demonstrations - Conduct skincare demonstrations and consultations to showcase product performance.
• Merchandising & Visual Standards - Ensure gondolas, NBT walls, and shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually compliant. Check testers and signage regularly, reporting any OOS (Out of Stock) or VMD (Visual Merchandising Display) issues to the AE with photos. Replenish and maintain extra product displays as directed.
• Field Operations & Feedback - Share store-level insights, sales feedback, and competitor observations with the AE. Support major launches and events by executing brand initiatives and ensuring alignment. Provide concise post-visit recaps to help optimize future activations.
• Attendance & Conduct - Adhere to all attendance and punctuality standards and communicate any shift changes or cancellations directly to the AE. Clock in/out only from assigned store location and check in with store leadership upon arrival.
• Collaboration & Teamwork – Work collaboratively during events and launches, maintaining a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Qualification and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in beauty retail, field sales, or Sephora demo work preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with a proactive mindset:
• Passion for skincare, innovation, and K-Beauty
• Availability during evenings, weekends, and certain holidays as required.
• Vehicle access is preferred for timely store visits and transport of small items.
• Bilingual (English/French) required only for the Quebec & Ottawa region.
• Preferably the use of a vehicle
