WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Develop and maintain the deployment and services of cloud SaaS offerings.
- Analyze and propose solutions
- Provide Level 3 support for including sending status updates to multiple audiences.
- Work seamlessly as part of an escalation team including proper handoffs and escalations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Install, patch, and upgrade software using automation.
- Design and communicate custom workflows, run books, and response documents.
- Take on special projects. Represent the department in meetings. Track and report on ongoing projects.
- Evaluate and maintain customized monitors.
- Provide scripted solutions to unique scenarios.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of several diverse products.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
- AWS Certification preferred,
- Candidate must be an enthusiastic and fast-paced worker, able to solve technical challenges creatively in a dynamic environment,
- Excellent problem-solving ability, verbal and written communication skills, work under strict deadlines in a legal environment and the ability to interact with all levels of staff necessary.
- Handle multiple tasks under challenging conditions as a team player.
- Scripting Languages and surrounding tooling (Python, Ruby)
- Build Automation and testing (Jenkins, Gradle)
- Deployment and Configuration Management (SaltStack, Ansible, Helm, Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, Chef, Consul, Vault, etc.)
- Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Cloudwatch, Nagios, Icinga, etc.)
- Virtualization and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Vagrant, VMware)
- Build Automation and testing (Jenkins, ArgoCD, Gradle)
- Analysis / statistics tools (OpenSearch / ELK Stack, Grafana, Graylog, Splunk)
