The Golden Hills School Division invites applications for a full -time ( 1.0 FTE) probationary teacher at Wheatland Crossing School in Wheatland County, approximately 30 km. East of Strathmore, AB for the 2026/2027 school year . The teaching assignment is for: Junior & Senior High Math and Science. Wheatland Crossing School is a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school serving those students living in the East Wheatland area. Their school fosters a collaborative approach where educators support one another, share best practices, and work toward the common goal of cultivating student success. Teachers that are interested in collaboration, teamwork and culture building are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong 21st century teaching skills including learning design that ensures high student engagement, critical thinking skills, teacher clarity, and leveraging technology as a learning tool.
