In this full-time remote role, you’ll provide families and individuals with personalized advice and protection solutions — all while working flexible hours from the comfort of your home.

How You'll Contribute

• Contact pre-qualified leads to schedule Zoom meetings with potential clients.
• Conduct virtual presentations to explain benefit programs and guide clients through enrollment.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Work closely with your manager to set performance goals and consistently meet or exceed them.
• Manage your schedule independently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a life and health insurance license — support provided if you don’t yet have one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Background in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
• Basic computer literacy and a reliable laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks/tablets not compatible).
• Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec
