About the role
We’re seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about helping others and ready to take control of their careers. In this full-time remote role, you’ll provide families and individuals with personalized advice and protection solutions — all while working flexible hours from the comfort of your home.
How You'll Contribute
- Contact pre-qualified leads to schedule Zoom meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct virtual presentations to explain benefit programs and guide clients through enrollment.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with your manager to set performance goals and consistently meet or exceed them.
- Manage your schedule independently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Coachable and growth-minded individuals eager to learn new skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people and making a difference.
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a life and health insurance license — support provided if you don’t yet have one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Background in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and a reliable laptop or desktop computer (Chromebooks/tablets not compatible).
- Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec
