We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer master data, supporting customer relationship management (CRM) activities, and providing analytical support to drive business success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting
  • 2 years of experience in business or accounting
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in a wide range of applications and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Informatica, SAP, CRM, and Power BI
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems with effective solutions
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with team members
  • Forward-thinking approach and initiative in problem-solving
  • Strong questioning attitude and a mindset focused on continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain SAP customer master data
  • Respond to, coordinate, and create customer relationship management (CRM) activities relating to new or existing account set ups, pricing and tax exemptions
  • Handle external requests and management of customer-facing mailboxes in a timely manner
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve root cause issues

Location & Other Key Details:

  • This is an office based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
  • Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
