We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to own the user experience of our two core platforms that power the live event industry. From intuitive POS systems to robust Access Control technology, you’ll play a central role in shaping how thousands of event operators and millions of attendees interact with our technology.

The Company
Intellitix is Canada’s next generation event management platform offering event organizers a mobile-first, all-in-one solution for event ticketing, access control, event POS, and guest engagement. Intellitix is the backbone platform for some of the world’s largest festivals and events including San Diego Comic-Con, Boots and Hearts, Sommo Festival, NASCAR Canada, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Take full ownership of our platforms’ UI/UX design across web and mobile.
- Drive the full UX lifecycle : user flows, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity designs, and design reviews.
- Simplify complex concepts and flows into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and visual standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Enablement, and Engineering to translate requirements into elegant interfaces.
- Champion usability and accessibility best practices in every design decision.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work on complex web and mobile applications (POS, SaaS, fintech, or event tech a plus)
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Jira.
- Ability to break down complex, multi-step flows into streamlined user journeys.
- Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Soft skills: excellent communication, empathy for end users, openness to feedback, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to consistency across platforms.
