YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
Reporting to the Energy and Infrastructure Superintendent, you will be part of the Energy and Infrastructure Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s culture, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and the environment.
- Manage project queue, lead the MOC process, lead stakeholder meetings, design and planning, documentation, create evaluations, contractor booking, procurement, scheduling, financials, and scope changes.
- Handle drafting & design, CAD work, permits, multidisciplinary engineering, and reporting. Review engineering drawings from external engineering firms.
- Create work orders, track projects, order materials, ensure parts delivery, work with suppliers, and follow up on missing materials.
- Continue to improve and create internal tools such as Develop dashboards, reports, newsletters, workforce schedules, file structures, and internal tools.
MOC Process:
- Queue: Create and file MOC, confirm reception.
- Evaluation: Review scope, conduct site inspections, gather stakeholder information, prepare proposals, and validate engineering assumptions.
- WFP: Send it to clients and follow up for approval status.
- Planning: Review project details, procure BOM, schedule workforce, confirm equipment, and develop documents.
- Execution: Provide info to supervisors, follow up daily, update stakeholders, and manage scope changes.
- Commissioning: Finalize & redline drawings, conduct QA/QC inspections, and prepare closing reports.
- Completion: Document lessons learned.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10 years+ of experience in project management or a related role.
- Experience in engineering, civil, or mining is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in CAD software, MS Suite and JDE systems.
- Experience in project management and procurement.
Your Work Schedule

Schedule: Hybrid Schedule with some on-site presence (to be discussed). When not on site, you will work a 5/2 schedule (Monday to Friday).

Accommodations and meals are provided on site at no cost to the employee. Agnico Eagle provides transportation to and from the mine site and will accommodate to cover other travelling expenses according to your location of residence in Canada.
